Drawing on herbal traditions and techniques from east and west as well as health and nutritive food awareness, I will help you find herbal options and food lifestyle choices appropriate to guide and facilitate your change toward optimal health, healing, and cleansing.
We will work together by phone, skype, or in person to bring deeper awareness of the food and herbal options available that doctors, for many reasons, are not able to implement. I am dedicated to helping others realize that going to the doctor and using antibiotics do have their place; but that lifestyle, eating, and herbal medicine can be applied in conjunction to, or in prevention to many of the causes of dis-eases.

My name is Moira Williams and Justine Allen suggested that I contact you because I am a community artist doing a community window box give away in Newark called Homegrown Security at Gallery Afferro on 73 Market Street. The window boxes are custom made for each person who wishes to participate. I am asking people who receive a window box to share medicinal, cultural, personal family plant folklore and traditions about the plants they choose to grow in their window box. The idea is to secure plant knowledge and folklore from multiple generations and cultures in order to share the knowledge with other folks.
