The first weekend, I’ll be teaching a weekend foraging and Fermentation retreat in Los Angeles at an awesome urban permaculture homestead (see class links below). We will culminate Sunday evening with and organic potluck (bring your own bowl and eating utensil, and a dish to share) followed by a tea ceremony led by Katya Laurentia. From there I’ll be headed to The Long Beach area to teach at in the Green Wisdom Herbal Studies school hosted by the incredible Julie James, a local herbalist who has lots of great wisdom to share and a full list of upcoming classes.
