Please take a moment to put your name on this moratorium. This is hopefully what you have been hearing about, to stop hydrofracturing, or “fracking”. A dangerous and toxic way to extract natural gas from deep down into the earth. They use over 400 chemicals (including the EPA watched volatile chemicals) which leech into our waterway and cause serious health problems to anyone ingesting. The Delaware river is going to get “fracked” with no avail which would poison it, just think of all those happy children tubing down the Delaware no more. Since our economy is badly hurting these companies are trying an immediate gratification of massive profits with zero concern for the future.
